1. Always blame the appointed ones first.  That would include judges, commissioners, community board members, etc.  since the voters cannot do anything about them.

2. When an appointed person cannot be blamed, then blame the person with the strongest election results. 

3. If neither of the above can be used, blame an opponent (Democrats blame Republicans and vice versa).

4. If all else fails, resign.

Try these rules on any circumstance.  It really works!

Sex scandals tend to fall on rule #4, but the DA found a way to blame the judge (rule #1).

I would further add that the DA’s office has always insisted on jail time for all three defendants.  The People strenuously objected to the pleas because the judge refused to impose prison time.

In expending the time and resources of his office to coordinate with CBS in the production, filming and promotion of the show, Hynes has also unlawfully used state money to further his own political campaign.

Blog Statistics Update

It has been a short two months.  When I first start I did not believe I would have so many hits on this blog in two months.  

Here are the numbers:

The record breaking day for this blog was when Christine Quinn  had to announce May Day on May 1, 2013 with 526 hits due to a combination of being featured on a  mayoral blog and a strong Twitter promotion. 

If this past week's trend continues with well over 300 hits per day, I will have over 10,000 hits per month. 

Lakewood found my blog even though they aren't allowed to have internet.  

 

The top referring site (other than Google) is still from Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg, with Twitter taking second place.

The most popular post is now the one featuring a photo of unorthodox rabbis proudly posing pedophile protector Charles Hynes.

How far did Weberman get and how far did Dascalowitz get?

The Monster Meir Dascalowitz, a Pupa Chosid, that terribly molested a young boy at the Belz mikveh of Williamsburg, pleaded guilty according to a “plea bargain” that was practically forced on the parents of the victim, he got five years prison, 10 years of probation and he will become a registered sex offender.

            As all know there were underhanded deals under the table, since the swine originally said that he was molested as a youngster by B. M. Lebovits and by a Pupa talmid chacham by the name of Menczer who writes the Viener rebbe’s sermons, something that they could not let come out at a trial.

            The DA’s office handled/mishandled this case very unprofessionally, almost bordering on the criminal. The ADA handling the case had said that he has a video of Dascalowitz confessing, so powerful that any twelve people that will see it will convict him.him. So why did he give him a deal? Couldn’t he just have him convicted thru the video? The answer is, that the DA’s office is corrupt thru and thru. Every time that the parents of Dascalowitz’s victim were called to the DA’s office, they were told to come alone, with no lawyer, no advocate and no friend, so they can manipulate them to to benefit Dascalowitz.

            Someone claiming to be an advocate, told the NY Daily New, that advocates were happy the way the case ended . . . I wonder if this person is an advocate for the molesters. Let him talk in his own name, not in OUR name.

I also want to reiterate, that “Flaumen” offered the victim’s father $100,000 and one session of therapy, which he claims that he refused. Why wasn’t he taken to task? Is it because he works for Pupa, the BAD GUYS and his name is not KELLNER?

Charles Hynes -- The Pedophile Protector

I already mentioned that Charles Hynes the pedophile prosecutor protector is running for reelection.  Frumm Follies put together an excellent analysis from the inside point of view how Hynes DA office really operates.

The Office of the District Attorney of Kings County of Charles J Hynes evades accountability by:

1. Not creating a paper trail of decisions between Hynes and his Division and Bureau Chiefs. There also isn’t an adequate trail of decisions between the heads of units and their subordinate ADAs. Thus, there is no accountability and tracking of decisions to go easy or even to drop a case. This facilitates sweetheart plea bargains which originate at the top of the organization but can then be blamed on subordinates.
2. Frequently shifting the ADAs who handle specific cases. Best practices in the field call for continuity. However, discontinuity makes it easier to manipulate case handling. Thus the office can give most ADAs free reign to exercise professional judgment and still defeat their best intentions.
3. Henna White of Kol Tzedek routinely involves herself in cases and yet there is no paper trail of her interventions. She in turn, routinely interacts with some of the rabbis and political fixers of the ultra orthodox community. Thus there is an undocumented pipeline between fixers and the prosecution process. Henna White also goes to great length to avoid written communication with victims. Kol Tzedek has a posted hot line number but they have not posted an email address or web-based submission form.
4. Rhonnie Jaus, Chief of the Sex Crimes Unit periodically tries to muscle victims into curtailing their claims in very private meetings. When she does that she demands that the victim or his/her parents appear without any advocate or supporter with them and they agree not to record the session. As far as I know there are no precise records kept of these interactions.

Rabbi Nachum Rosenberg put up a court calendar for those unorthodox pedophiles.  Notice that most of them are in Brooklyn, and Hynes isn't doing anything about it.

Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg decided to link my blog on his blog.  My blog is dedicated to uncover all those pigs showing off their hooves on the outside while acting in complete disgust on the inside, some of them even willing to pimp their own daughters with a lesbian woman.

He is also supporting Abe George for Brooklyn DA, because Charles Hynes keeps protecting those filthy "rabbi" pedophiles. 

But Abe is a social liberal. On the other hand, Abe will protect children from pedophiles.  No one else is running, and Hynes is also running as a Conservative. 

Is the Conservative Party normal?  Since when do Conservatives support people protecting pedophiles?  Since when do Conservatives protect a corrupt candidate for DA?

Getting back to Rosenberg, he started his blog in 2010, and did a great job exposing pedophiles.  He even has a hotline encouraging victims to call him, and does a better job exposing the pedophiles than Hynes.
