Unorthodox Jewish Press Supports Pedophilia and Homosexuality!

So it happens again and the connection fits the bill. 

The Jewish Press wrote an article condemning the victim's family for reporting sex abuse to the police. 

Failed Messiah says it best:

Yori Yanover is a sick, disgusting and dishonest man, and the time has long since past that he should be permanently removed from public Jewish life.

In Yanover's twisted mind, the children are all liars or all manipulated, and poor rabbi is wronged – this despite the fact that the girls' reactions to the alleged abuse and the manner in which they told their stories is entirely consistent with how abuse victims of that age behave.

The behavior of the other alleged victims (who may also press charges) is also utterly consistent with the behavior of abuse victims of that age.

I could go on, but what's the point?

There are complaining witnesses who say Murray sexually abused them and there are two complaining witnesses who can testify to the girls' behavior.

In the world of sick, evil little men like Yanover, the testimony of children does not count and a child telling an adult or older sibling that a rabbi "put his hands down my pants" is hearsay.

In the world of Yori Yanover, the only pedophiles who would ever be convicted are the ones caught as at the moment they abuse a child or, perhaps, if the abuse is caught on tape. But this would also be true of adult rape victims and of women who say they were sexually abused by their rabbi – a rabbi who happens to be a close friend of Yanover's.

Normal people understand that not all allegations are true, but they also know that the vast majority are – as the evidence clearly shows.

Yanover's calculus flips this upside down.

Despite the facts, despite the evidence, despite the fact that law enforcement (at least in major and mid-sized cities throughout the US and Canada) have not used the poor interview techniques that were used in some cities 25 years ago in more than two decades, despite the fact that law enforcement officers are now primarily college educated and those who investigate sex crimes against children get extensive detailed training in interview techniques meant to prevent leading the alleged victims to say what they think the detective wants to hear – despite all that,  Yanover sees a world where the alleged abusers are almost always innocent, and the alleged victims are almost always lying, manipulated or enticers.

He is sick, evil man.

The Jewish Press should be very ashamed.

Need I remind you that the same Jewish Press also featured an article supporting gay marriage.  The Jewish Press supports homosexual supporting politicians all the time.  Wait for their biannual election endorsements. 

The connection exists between the pedophile supporters and the homosexual supporters. 

Shmuel Dym of Monsey Violates Child Sex Abuse Probation.

Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg reports:

A Monsey man whose plea deal kept him out of prison after he sexually abused two young brothers was in Rockland County Jail on Wednesday, charged with probation violations in the case.

Shmuel Dym, 32, was picked up Friday at his Brewer Road home, the Rockland County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday.

The probation violation complaint covers eight allegations, according to Rockland Senior Assistant District Attorney Patricia Gunning of the Special Victims Unit. Gunning, who prosecuted the original case against Dym, declined to specify what the allegations were.

Dym pleaded guilty last June to two felony counts of course of sexual conduct against a child and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He admitted to improperly touching the boys, ages 7 and 8 at the time, multiple times over a three-month period at his former residence on Hadassah Lane in Monsey.

 

Dym should have been locked up without a plea bargain.

Jury Selection for Pedophile Yosef Kolko Begins Today!

Jury selection is now slated to start on Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

Of course there is always the possibility of a last minute plea bargain, though I have no indications that is happening. However, why would Yosef Kolko tell me that he finally realizes that he is just about out of time to make a deal? It is hard to figure out how Kolko’s thinking is being shaped by the community. There is the consideration for Kolko himself of whether to gamble  on a trial with a slight chance of acquittal but a hefty sentence if he loses the bet. Some Haredi defendants go to trial because they cannot get themselves to admit their disgusting behavior to their relatives. You would think it would be easier for Kolko, since he has an Uncle Yehuda who would understand.

The Lakewood rabbinical establishment has a lot to lose if this goes to trial. A trial will expose their involvement in a cover-up. So it is possible that some elements in Lakewood will raise mega-sums to take care of Kolko’s family while he is in jail in return for his silence. On the other hand there are some types who prefer a trial and will, if necessary, conduct a long campaign to protest his innocence publicly. It won’t help Kolko any more than a lot of public rabble rousing helped Rubashkin. But it will deter other victims of abuse from coming forward.

Guilty! Pedophile Meir Dascalowitz

Failed Messiah reports that Meir Dascalowitz  has pleaded guilty to sex crimes.  Dus Iz Nies provided details of the victim's life after the accusations came to light.  Dascalowitz molested the son of Mordechai Jungreis, a disabled boy according to the Daily News.

“You can destroy a person’s life with a false report,” said Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zwiebel, the executive vice president of Agudath Israel of America, a powerful ultra-Orthodox organization, which last year said that observant Jews should not report allegations to the police unless permitted to do so by a rabbi.

Rabbinic authorities “recommend you speak it over with a rabbi before coming to any definitive conclusion in your own mind,” Rabbi Zwiebel said.

 

 

Zwiebel needs to resign as rabbi, for providing a half truth.  He forgot to mention that Jewish law requires the victim to contact the police.  This is derived from the laws of Jewish court.

In a death penalty case, the witnesses are the executers.  Even though the court ruling is one of truth, and that the accused is deserving of death, there is always the possibility that the witnesses are lying.  To prevent righteous people from accidentally murdering anyone, Jewish law requires the witnesses to act as the executer. 

Therefore, if a victim of sexual abuse, unpaid wages, robbery, or any other major violation of Jewish law must go directly to the police/court.  A person who does not go to the police/court is responsible for the blood of his brothers.

Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg decided to link my blog on his blog.  My blog is dedicated to uncover all those pigs showing off their hooves on the outside while acting in complete disgust on the inside, some of them even willing to pimp their own daughters with a lesbian woman.

He is also supporting Abe George for Brooklyn DA, because Charles Hynes keeps protecting those filthy "rabbi" pedophiles. 

But Abe is a social liberal. On the other hand, Abe will protect children from pedophiles.  No one else is running, and Hynes is also running as a Conservative. 

Is the Conservative Party normal?  Since when do Conservatives support people protecting pedophiles?  Since when do Conservatives protect a corrupt candidate for DA?

Getting back to Rosenberg, he started his blog in 2010, and did a great job exposing pedophiles.  He even has a hotline encouraging victims to call him, and does a better job exposing the pedophiles than Hynes.
