How far did Weberman get and how far did Dascalowitz get?
The Monster Meir Dascalowitz, a Pupa Chosid, that terribly molested a young boy at the Belz mikveh of Williamsburg, pleaded guilty according to a “plea bargain” that was practically forced on the parents of the victim, he got five years prison, 10 years of probation and he will become a registered sex offender.
As all know there were underhanded deals under the table, since the swine originally said that he was molested as a youngster by B. M. Lebovits and by a Pupa talmid chacham by the name of Menczer who writes the Viener rebbe’s sermons, something that they could not let come out at a trial.
The DA’s office handled/mishandled this case very unprofessionally, almost bordering on the criminal. The ADA handling the case had said that he has a video of Dascalowitz confessing, so powerful that any twelve people that will see it will convict him.him. So why did he give him a deal? Couldn’t he just have him convicted thru the video? The answer is, that the DA’s office is corrupt thru and thru. Every time that the parents of Dascalowitz’s victim were called to the DA’s office, they were told to come alone, with no lawyer, no advocate and no friend, so they can manipulate them to to benefit Dascalowitz.
Someone claiming to be an advocate, told the NY Daily New, that advocates were happy the way the case ended . . . I wonder if this person is an advocate for the molesters. Let him talk in his own name, not in OUR name.
I also want to reiterate, that “Flaumen” offered the victim’s father $100,000 and one session of therapy, which he claims that he refused. Why wasn’t he taken to task? Is it because he works for Pupa, the BAD GUYS and his name is not KELLNER?
